Here we go again. EDM megafest Storm is back for its fourth year in Shanghai, with backing once again from Budweiser. Alesso, Hardwell and Skrillex are confirmed, as well as Oliver Heldens, Duke Dumont and RL Grime. Iconic UK DJ Pete Tong will also be making an appearance.
Note that this year they've upped the sticks with a larger venue from beside Xuhui Riverside in favour of a site next door to Disneyland Shanghai!

Be part of history as the legacy of the Montreux Jazz Festival comes to Singapore with the official grand opening of Montreux Jazz Café at Pan Pacific Orchard on Friday 7 October. Get up close and personal with British soul singer and musician Omar and special guests Bastian Baker and Jerry Léonide for a night of celebration.

Described by many as “Burning Man meets TED”, Slush is more than just an event. Slush is a non-profit movement originally founded in Finland to change views of entrepreneurship.
Slush is run by people who want to make a difference in society. It has grown from a 300-person event in 2008 to a world-renowned watering hole for 15,000 participants in Helsinki and it is now spreading globally.
Slush Singapore made its debut in Singapore on September 20, 2016, at Resorts World Convention Centre during the Singapore Week of Innovation and TeCHnology (SWITCH).
Sandpiper Digital Payments Asia partnered with Slush to handle all pre-event and on-site ticketing as well as survey data management for the different attendee types.

Previously accessible only to Formula One Paddock Club ticket holders over the race weekend, the Thursday Pit Lane Walk Experience offers participants an exclusive first-hand view of the team garages at the Pit Building.
Participants will also explore the interactive activities at the F1 Village in Zone 1 of the Marina Bay Street Circuit, be entertained by live stage performances and roving acts as well as purchase memorabilia at the merchandise booths and experience an array of food & beverage options. The Thursday Pit Lane Experience took place on 15 September 2016, a day ahead of the race weekend.
We partnered with Singapore GP to offer pre-event ticketing, ticket verification, EDM delivery and access control for this event as well as holding the lucky draw to pick the winners for this closed door event.

Back for the second year after a successful debut in 2015, race promoter Singapore GP''s Fit For Racing Challenge returns on 25 June. This time, it will be held at SAFRA Punggol where participants can put themselves to the test and find out if they are as fit as a Formula 1® driver
Participants in the Fit For Racing Challenge will go through a circuit-style workout created by Paul Haines, an Australian fitness coach who has trained elite athletes including Formula 1® driver Daniel Ricciardo.
We partnered with Singapore GP to bring back this event for a second year running, offering pre-event ticketing, ticket verification, and access control for this one-night extravaganza which flagged off the start of the F1 season in Singapore.

The line up brought in a local and international crowd of 10,000pax for an awesome party over the F1 Grand Prix weekend.

Road to ULTRA - one of the world's biggest and most renowned EDM music festivals was held in Thailand for the first time ever, featuring international superstars ALESSO, FEDDE LE GRAND, MARTIN GARRIX and W&W. The line up brought in a local and international crowd of 12,000pax for an awesome party.
Our team was integral to the success, offering combination LED/RFID wristbands that allowed a seamless blend of ticket verification, access control and cashless payments. The first time RFID was used at a major event in Thailand, and we blazed a pioneering trail in the land of smiles.

The Float@ Marina Bay Countdown 2015 takes on special significance as it ushers in our 50th year as a nation and efforts to give visitors that quintessential Singapore experience. The seven-hour outdoor extravaganza features 60 local artistes and popular international acts from around the region, including Stefanie Sun, Dick Lee, Kit Chan, The Sam Willows, Malaysian singer Dato Siti Nurhaliza and Korean boyband BIGBANG, come united to kick-start a year-long celebration for Singapore’s Golden Jubilee.
The RFID technology allows re-entry back to the venue and amongst other things, connects the SG50 LED wristbands to social media accounts, where the photo post gets uploaded to Facebook. Amidst a magnificent firework display, dynamic bass of music and drums, activating the pulsating LED lights on over 21,000 SG50 wristbands, creates a myriad sea of colours in celebrating the dawn of this momentous year.

Singapore's Premier Gourmet Festival held over 4 days featuring Michelin star chefs, award winning cuisines from Singapore and around the world and informative workshops for you to create your very own culinary adventure in pure delicious-ness! The SAVOUR concept remains the only one of its kind in Singapore; a relentless pursuit to unite the best in food and drinks with a wide range of unique activities that is accessible to all.
We partnered with Savour Events to offer ticket verification, event app and cashless payments. A 4-day Gourmet Festival which required customised POS for more than 40 vendors. It was an awesome event.

The Rainforest World Music Festival is a unique 3-day festival that is organised annually brings together on the same stage renowned world musicians from all continents and indigenous musicians from the interiors of the mythical island of Borneo. 2015 being the 18th year, Sarawak Tourism Board (STB) decided to bring in Technology to aid the planning and operations of the event.
We partnered with STB to offer various solutions such as E-Ticketing, Online Pre-Top up for Cashless, Ticket Verification, Cashless throughout the entire village.

Organised and financed by Orbis Festival Productions Pte Ltd, supported by two world-class partners from the leisure and entertainment industries, the Marina Bay Sands and Java Jazz, the inaugural Singapore International Jazz Festival, SING JAZZ, was held over 4 four days on February 27th through to March 2nd 2014. Drawn to what is being seen increasingly as a global hub of art and culture, Singaporeís SING JAZZ 2014 featured some of the biggest names in world jazz as well as emerging talents and international, regional and, of course, Singaporean.
Although a jazz festival at its core, SING JAZZ 2014 embraces the capricious, restless nature of jazz and its influence across other genres of music. As such, the Festival appealled to music lovers of all kinds and of all generations. One thing is for sure, the wonderful artists and stunning Marina Bay Sands venues establised SING JAZZ as a landmark addition to Singaporeís cultural calendar.

The Singapore Yacht Show provided a first-class platform for regional guests to meet yachting professionals, boat owners, supercar aficionados and a select group of invited participants keen to explore the luxury yachting scene.

The inaugural VIBE Beach Sports and Music Festival married both sports and music for a high octane 15‐hour extravaganza at Sentosa’s picturesque Siloso Beach. By hosting beach soccer, volleyball, zumba workout and an adrenaline-pumping beach party at night, Singapore’s first lifestyle beach festival was essentially a multi‐sport playground for sports and music lovers.

For the first time in Asia, Neon tamed the night in a psyche showdown. Thousands revelled the night away and immersed themselves in a world awash with colours. Three of the world’s top DJs–Bingo Players, Dada Life and Martin Solveig fired up the night with pulsating beats as explosive bursts of glow-in-the-dark paint transform party-goers into one unified canvas of electric neon by the sea.

A resounding success, our team helped to ensure that ILLUMI NATION 2014 set the tone for paint parties across the region.

The 2014 installment of the Future Music Festival Asia was a three-day event, to take place from 13ñ15 March 2014 at the car park of the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur. A total crowd of 75,000 festival goers were drawn in for the course of three day, 20,000 estimated to be tourists.
Kuala Lumpur is the only location other than Miami where A State of Trance has returned to for the second time. The Opening Party featured controversial Canadian DJ Deadmau5 on 13 March 2014 and A State of Trance 650 with Armin van Buuren on 14 March 2014. The main main safari-themed event was slated to feature Pharrell Williams, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, and many, many other artists.

Summerdaze – Asia’ Hip Hop and Soul Festival came to our shores featuring international artistes such as FAT JOE, ARRESTED DVELOPMENT, SLUM VILLAGE, NFA JONES, TRIPLE THREAT DJS, MC FRAN BOOGIE, PUSHIN’ON and MATTEBLACC. A very dedicated crowd was present and they clearly had some jumpin’ fun!

Asia Pacific Regional Press Event in Bangkok was a debut to Elizabeth Arden’s Superstart launch. 52 Journalists from 12 countries across Asia Pacific were impressed with the latest technology use in this event which consists of the state-of-the-art project mapping, interactive table that is able to recognize up to 50 touch points, RFID registration linking with interactive light program for the reveal of the Superstart. The result from the event made a lasting 4.2 Million Social Media impression in 2 weeks! The feedback from the media was astounding; many were impressed with this launch.
We provided the very latest in LED RFID wristbands for the registration. The registration was a quick and smooth process. Social Media Integration and redemption of Press Kits. Lights on the LED wristbands were synced to the launch which awed the guests.

HR Summit and Expo empowers and energises business management and HR strategy each year with a stellar line-up of renowned global experts and esteemed people management leaders making exclusive presentations across today's most important HR issues, business challenges and opportunities.
We provided the RFID tags in the form of stickers for all delegates and an RFID device to exhibitors. Removing a common practise of exchanging name cards between exhibitors and delegates. The exhibitors would tap on the RFID tag when delegates visited their respective booths to capture their details and start conversing right away. The exhibitors were also given access to their individual dashboards to monitor the number of visitors to their booth real time. It was smooth and efficient process.

An exclusive beach party that took over Tanjong Beach Club in an intimate affair packed with activities to wrap up the weekend. This beach party promised a night of interesting company, chilled out environment and good music featuring Bob Marley’s legendary band, THE WAILERS and supported by a host of local Singaporean acts which included MASIA ONE and THE IRIETONES, COMIC STRIP and DJ NEZ. The Tiger Translate series finally hit Malaysia, making its debut in KL in June. When it comes to an exciting combination of art and music in one event, Tiger Translate encompasses it all. Held on June 14 at Kenanga City in Kuala Lumpur, this event featured live performances by English alternative band Editors, indie rock outfit Chochukmo and Manic Sheep. Local musician OJ Law brought his signature electro-pop music to the event as well.
The event also saw graffiti artiste Kenji Chai, tattooist Lynda Chean with graphic designers Tsu Ann and Jayme from Kickatomic collaborating for a live art project.
Tiger Translate hopes to provide a platform that celebrates global creativity through the exposure of various cultures and experiences.

A showcase of Cartier's contemporary watchmaking, the "Cartier, Shape Your Time" exhibition was open in at the Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza on Orchard Road. The event was open to the public, with guided tours available. "Cartier, Shape Your Time" was an exhibition dedicated to Cartier's key watch lines, most notably the iconic Santos and Tank, and also the official launch of the Calibre de Cartier Diver, the brand's first ever true dive watch.
The exhibition space was divided into five areas for each collection, including one for the Fine Watchmaking line of high complications, which includes timepieces from the SIHH 2014 collection like the innovative Astrocalendar. Multimedia displays, including touch screens, were on hand to explain Cartier's watchmaking history, as well as its current creations.

The H2O Music Festival 2014 let people from all around the world experience and enjoy authentic Songkran celebrations and festivities outside of Thailand, right here in Singapore. With a vast array of activities and programs, the event was attended by families, couples, children and party revellers.
This music and entertainment showcase was headlined by electro-hop act Far East Movement and also featured TOP DJs including the likes of DJ Visionaire, Nam Gyu Ri (popular South Korean Actress), Inquisitive, Celeste Siam, Nicole Chen, among others.

On 28 March, Rakuten celebrated its launch in Singapore with a three-day long public extravaganza at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza. As the worldís third largest eCommerce company and one of the largest online retailers in the world. During the course of the three-day long celebrations, members of the public experienced Japanese culinary demonstrations by celebrities together with a chef from Kuriya Fish Market. Additionally, over 300 products from Rakuten's top merchants were featured across food, fashion and home & living.

This party lasted till the wee hours of the morning set amidst a garden-clearing by a jungle. Exotic dancers, light installations, water features and a solid line-up, that includes DJ Shellsuit & Aidan from Sideshow, was promised and delivered. This was the 2nd installment of Hideout after the overwhelming success of the first party. Be ready to push some boundaries.
A solid mix of music and light was provided to keep more than 1000 party goers dancing till 6am in the morning.
There's nothing better than a quality party with real music. Electronica appreciaters enjoyed the pop-up party season by Super 0. Created to introduce debut artistes and shake up the local music scene, Super 0 started off as a simple, fun concept and is a platform to feature good local talent. It was also the perfect backdrop to flesh out fresh, quirky ideas involving art, technology, social media and experiential marketing methods. Kehakuma from infamous megaclub SPACE, IBIZA debuted in Asia for the first time at Super 0. Javi Bora (Spain) and Daniel Bell (USA) put the treble to the metal by joining the headlines too. Their beats were enjoyed alongside tunes from local favourite music makers DJ KFC, Matteblacc (JNR TIRSO and DREM), and Aidan.
The Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore's Digital Innovation Night was an evening that gave clients, partners and staff a glimpse into the future, with 3D printers, an LCD programmable fridge, a Wabot (WAseda roBOT), CGI modelling and Leap Motion technology. The aim of the event was to highlight trends in innovation, present start-up culture in Asia, and showcase new models in funding ideas. The Digital Innovation Night provided a chance to get exposed to the latest technology, interact with suppliers, and participate in the consumer experience first-hand providing the opportunity to be at the forefront of consumer technology.

Most of the labels they have discovered are from Asia. The website features everything from lingerie and swimwear, to custom- made evening gowns, to sportswear, as well as footwear, jewelry and other accessories. The prices range greatly from label to label but most are at an "affordable range." Gnossem.com stresses that she only represents craftsmen who are involved in every manner of the scope of work from designing, to sourcing materials, to manufacturing. Since the items are made in small quantities each piece is rare, exclusive and has a story.
The 2013 edition of the Singapore Yacht Show was a must-see event, that showcased the latest, greatest and best that the yachting and luxury worlds have to offer. Whether you were a novice to yachting, or have been boating all your life, there really was something for everyone at the show. Held on 18 & 21 April the Show was set at the ONE 15 Marina Club in Sentosa Cove. These beautiful surroundings, in the heart of Singapore's yachting hub, offered the perfect setting to enjoy the world of luxury yachting.
